Visitor access to this precinct will be through the north, east and west gates. Some nearby public transportation stops will not operate. There will be two pick-up and drop-off points for taxis (located on Plaza Manco Cápac and Campo de Marte). The public transportation stops will be located on Av. Paseo Colón, Av.
