Carlos Felipa, better known as the “Bionic Man” or the “Commando”, goes from track events to field events at ease.
ATTENTION! Commando Felipa is always doing and trying many things and constantly overcoming challenges. This year he will be devoted to the shot put and javelin disciplines to innovate his already well-known long jump and 100- and 200-meter events.
He practiced Taekwondo in his youth, so he has experience flirting with high performance and competitive sports. He was always yearning for triumph and that is what led him to enlist in the Army where headed his own group of special forces.
But, be cool! Don’t let his imposing and brave posture scare you. Felipa has been at the service of Peruvians for a long time, both in war and in sports competitions. His main goal is to make people scream "Peru". You might be scared but be so only if you are competing against him!
We’d better let him introduce himself, click on the video and meet Carlos Felipa. GO!
