1. VIDENA AQUATIC CENTER
 

The VIDENA, located in the district of San Luis, has now one of the most modern Aquatic Centers of the Americas. This center also has a warming-up pool measuring 21 m long, 25 m wide and 5.5 m deep. And that is only for pre-competition!

It also has an Olympic pool, measuring 50 m long, 25 m wide and 3 m deep and lastly, a pool for diving competitions and trainings, measuring 21 m long, 25 m wide and 5.5 m deep.

2. VIDENA’S VELODROME
 

This venue, that charmed all spectators during the Games, has been roofed to allow the practice of Para cycling track and track cycling under any weather all year around. This is a great legacy for Para athletes since the 250 m track was built with African wood, and thanks to its renovation, it is capable to host up to 2300 spectators in its comfortable seats.

3. ATHLETICS STADIUM
 

It one word: gorgeous! This venue, which hosted the largest amount of athletes during the Games, was ready months in advance and was certified by the International Association of Athletics Federations. One of its main features, is that the athletics track is similar to the one seen in the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, and to the one that will be used during the Tokyo Olympic Games.

4. VILLA MARÍA DEL TRIUNFO SPORTS CENTER
 

Over 250,000 people visited this sports center, main venue for team sport competitions during the Lima 2019 Games. This Sports Center has 21 hectares and will be used for other tournaments like water polo, baseball, softball, rugby, field hockey, basque pelota, fronton, archery, football 5-a-side and football 7-a-side.

5. VILLA EL SALVADOR SPORTS CENTER
 

It was built in 12 months and it is located in a 49,000 m2 area entirely dedicated to sport. This venue will be used for competitions as well as for training sessions.
