We only collect the personal information you provide to us, in addition to the necessary data to provide (and improve) our services to you. 8. E-marketing, what is SPAM and what is the position of Lima 2019 on SPAM emails?
SPAMMING is where unsolicited emails are sent, without the recipient’s consent, containing advertisements or marketing related materials. Lima 2019 acts according to the current laws and therefore does NOT send SPAM emails. Lima 2019 uses an anti-SPAM tool to protect our employees from SPAMMING. Sending emails without consent is illegal in many countries.
Lima 2019 will not use your personal information (including your email address) for direct marketing or follow-up communications, unless you give us your EXPRESS permission. This is called an “OPT-IN” consent. Also, Lima 2019 does not share your personal information with Third Parties who intend to use your personal information for SPAM emails. Lima 2019 applications give you the opportunity to receive marketing information by email. Each email sent by Lima 2019 gives you the opportunity, at any time, to stop receiving marketing emails.

9. How long does Lima 2019 keep your personal information for?
Lima 2019 may store the personal information that you send to us through this application in its own databases, such as its Customer Relationship Marketing database. Your personal information will be kept by Lima 2019 only for as long as it is reasonably necessary taking into consideration our need to answer queries or resolve problems, provide improved and new services and comply with legal requirements under applicable legislation. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using the Lima 2019 services or have stopped using this application. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all Lima 2019 systems.

10. What is the policy of Lima 2019 on children using and communicating with our applications?
We believe it is highly important to protect privacy of children online and encourage parents or guardians to spend time online with their children to participate in and monitor their e-activities.
We do not collect personal information from children under the age of 14, except for some of our children's applications. On this website, we collect personal information in accordance with all local regulations applicable to the privacy rights of children. If parents or guardians give their consent for children to provide personal data, we only ask children for the personal information necessary to participate in the program for which they are registering.

If you are under the age of 14, you must request the consent and permission of your parents or guardians to provide us with your personal information. Special note for parents of children under the age of 14
We recommend that parents or guardians regularly check and supervise their children’s use of email and other online activities.
Please make sure that your children do not provide us with personally identifiable information online without asking for your permission and consent.
All visitors under the age of 14 will be asked to provide us with the identity details of their parents or guardians, for the sole purpose of contacting them and obtaining their consent and permission for the processing of the minors' data. In this way, we will forward to parents or guardians to request such permission, effectively verify the authenticity of their consent and send them a copy of the emails we send to children.
Parents or guardians may access, at any time, the personal information of their children and change, correct or delete it online. Alternatively, they may also ask us to delete any of their children’s information by sending us an e-mail to the address given in contact.
The personal information provided by the parents or guardians of such minors will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
11. Does Lima 2019 link to third party applications and, if so, what happens to my personal information when this linking happens?
Lima 2019 links to other applications in order to offer you an opportunity to review interesting information related to Lima 2019. These Third-Party applications are outside of our control and are not covered by the content of this Privacy Notice. If you access other applications using the links provided, the operators of these applications may collect your personal information. Please make sure that you are satisfied with the Privacy Policies of these Third-Party applications before submitting any personal information. Lima 2019 intends to do everything in its power to ensure that all Third Party linked applications have equivalent measures for protection of your personal information, but we cannot be held responsible legally or otherwise for the activities, privacy policies or levels of privacy compliance of these Third Parties.
12. What happens to my personal information when I email a Lima 2019 application to someone else?
Some of our applications may provide you with the opportunity to email an application’s address to another person. For this feature to work, we may need to collect your email address and/or the e-mail addresses of those you send the application to. Email addresses collected in this way are not used for any purpose other than to fulfill your request. These email addresses are not stored and are deleted immediately after your request is fulfilled.
13. What happens to my personal information if I participate in a survey from Lima 2019 through this application?
From time to time, we may ask our application visitors to answer survey questions. Surveys, generally, relate to the content of the application, our products or product categories. We may ask for age or age range, gender and/or other non-personally identifiable information. For the purposes of these surveys, we may add information obtained from cookies to your survey answers, but no personally identifiable information will be requested. In order to make the registration process easier, we use a one-time registration tool on many of the Lima 2019 applications. With this tool, when you sign up in our application, this information can be automatically made available for you to sign up in other Lima 2019 applications. Your personal information remains protected and we always ask for your express consent or “Opt–In” to receive information from Lima 2019 applications before you are added to any mailing list.
