Help in the preparation of identification cards that will be used by athletes, volunteers and Games Family members. Check the participants' data, take pictures, print and laminate the accreditations.

COLLABORATE IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE DELEGATIONS OF ATHLETES SO THAT THEY CAN REST COMFORTABLY, SO THAT THEY ARE IN THEIR BEST CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPETITIONS. IN ADDITION, SUPPORT IN THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION TO THE GAMES JUDGES IN THE ATHLETES' VILLAGE OR IN THE ASSIGNED HOTELS.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Be the image of Peru when receiving all delegations. Your base of operations will be the Jorge Chávez International Airport, where you will interact with the various delegations and you will be aware of their itineraries. You will also track the travels of the athletes and Games

TRANSPORT
LIKE CLOCKWORK

Ensure that participating delegations in Lima 2019 travel safely, comfortably and efficiently. Support for ensuring that the transport of the athletes from the Village to the competition venues, and vice versa, is carried out without any setback at the parking and boarding areas. Your responsibility is to ensure that scheduled hours are met, without delay in the competitions and other events.

MEDICAL SERVICES
A HEALTHY MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY.

Stay alert for any urgency or medical emergency that occurs at the venues. As a volunteer provide your important support in the area of reception, data entry, among other activities. The best availability and vocation of service are necessary for an efficient work, we count on you.

ANTI-DOPING CONTROL
FAIR PLAY

Accompany the athletes who will pass the anti-doping control from the competition venues, training areas or the athlete's residence to the anti-doping control station. The discretion and confidentiality during this process is very important.

SPECTATOR SERVICES
I WILL BE YOUR GUIDE TODAY

Provide an excellent service to all the people who attend as spectators in the different venues. Inform, guide, assist and control the income and outputs of the spectators in all competition venues. Contribute to providing a welcoming, friendly and safe environment. You will be able to solve problems and inconveniences that could affect the level of service of the Pan American and Parapan American Games.

VENUE MANAGEMENT
A GREAT MANAGER!

In this area we are responsible for providing support in communication inside and outside the different Games venues. We also record and report daily incidents to the Control Center, collaborating for a successful management of venues.

CEREMONIES
It is in charge of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the Welcome Ceremonies for athletes at the Village and the entire Lima 2019 Cultural Program.

Volunteers working in this area will provide support in ceremony organization, both back and front of house assisting guests and involved parties. Besides, these volunteers will be responsible for providing information related to the cultural activities that will be carried out in Lima in Games-time.

PRESS OPERATIONS
SUPPORT THE STAFF WHO WILL ASSIST THE JOURNALISTS AND MEMBERS OF THE PRESS

There will be different roles to be performed, from controlling the entry of film crews into tribunes, collaborating with photographic supervisors, verifying accreditations of press members, and facilitating the communication of athletes with the media.

PROTOCOL
WELCOME TO MY HOUSE

Support in the development of all protocol activities, welcome events, ceremonies and awards. Host and accompany the different visiting delegations, thus it is necessary to know at least two languages, as well as a kind and communicative attitude.

SPORT
YOU HAVE A KEY ROLE!

Prepare the sports field and the training area, handle items and sports items (balls, helmets, discs, hurdles, etc.) in the competition area, assist athletes and technical officials. Your participation will be required before, during and after the competitions.

TECHNOLOGY
ENTER THE MATRIX

Provide technical support to information services and other user areas, supporting the daily installation of the printed results distribution system to ensure that the area is ready for operations. Record the scores during ongoing competitions. Technology will be part of our day to day!

UNIFORM
THE BEST IMAGE

Be the first contact for people at the Games. Distribute uniforms at the Uniforms and Accreditations Center on time. We appreciate tidiness and good attitude to meet the proper dress code of the Games Family.

WORKFORCE
WE ARE A FAMILY

Motivate the staff and assist the team in charge of staff management in all competition and non-competition venues. Your effort is important to the comfort and safety of all other volunteers and other Games Family members. Vocation of service and an excellent attitude are characteristics that we must highlight!

MARKETING
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE VISUAL IDENTITY OF THE GAMES.

Support the placement of images, verifying their correct location and presentation during competitions, as well as ensuring the visibility of dissemination elements. Also collaborate with the sponsoring brands in the distribution of informative and advertising material. We’re looking for volunteers who can work with enthusiasm and dynamism without difficulty in any environment!

ATHLETE'S VILLAGE
PROVIDE THE PERFECT ENVIRONMENT FOR ATHLETES AND DELEGATIONS!

Provide necessary information to make their stay unforgettable. Get to know the Athletes’ Village, one of the most important legacies of the Games, and participate in the various activities that will take place there. Receive friendly hundreds of guests, visit the recreational center where the athletes will relax and participate in many more activities.

LANGUAGE SERVICES
The Language Services team will be in charge of translating the project’s written communications and providing support in the interpretation of athlete interviews.

Volunteers working in this area will be involved in the work of the Language Services team by supporting the performance of their duties and necessary operations. There is no doubt this is one of the most important and specialized tasks for volunteers.
